Right of Cancellation:

You can cancel your purchase within 15 days from the receipt of the product. However, personalized products or exclusive packaging that cannot be reused are not eligible for return, except in the case of a defect.

 

Return Conditions: 

• The merchandise must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

• Personalized or hygiene items, without a seal, cannot be returned.

• Products with signs of use will also not be accepted.

 

Shipping and Refund:

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we recommend a trackable service. In the case of an approved return, the refund will be made using the same payment method.
