How much time in advance do I need to place the order?

Ideally with 3 to 4 weeks in advance for customizations. For simpler or catalog gifts, we can manage shorter deadlines.

Can I customize the boxes with my logo?

Yes! We can apply the logo on the box, on the card, on an external label, on the candle labels, or even create a completely customized box aligned with your visual identity.

And what if I don't know what to include?

We took care of that. After understanding your goal, we created proposals tailored to your budget, sector, and occasion.

What is the minimum amount?

It depends on the product, but in general, we work from 10 units for personalized gifts and gift boxes.

Does it make direct delivery to customers or only in bulk?

Both options are possible: we can send all the boxes to you, or take care of the direct shipment to the recipients.

Do you ship outside of Portugal?

Yes, we ship to all of Europe. For shipments outside the EU, the deadlines and costs vary and will need to be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Can you adapt to dietary restrictions?

Of course. If the gift includes food, we have gluten-free, lactose-free, or vegan alternatives.

Do they only work with large companies or also small ones?

We are available to organize everything from small actions for small teams to large corporate campaigns.

Can I include my materials inside the boxes (brochures, cards, vouchers)?

Yes. We are pleased to integrate materials provided by your company (cards, brochures, vouchers) into the boxes, at no additional cost.

Can I see a sample before closing the order?

Yes. We can prepare a physical or digital sample for you to visualize the proposal before production. If it is a physical sample, there may be a cost that will be deducted from the final value of the order.

How long do they take to produce after approval?

The production time depends on the order volume and the availability of materials. For small quantities, the average time is 2 to 3 weeks. For larger projects, we suggest planning with 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Each order is evaluated individually, and we always provide a clear estimate at the time of awarding.

How does the payment work?

The payment is usually made by bank transfer, at the time of order confirmation, upon sending a proforma invoice.
If necessary, we can provide other payment methods.
